Job Description

This position is providing IN HOME and IN THE COMMUNITY care to a 29 year old female under the Medicaid Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities waiver. This Individual needs help with all ADLs- Meal prep, feeding, bathing, grooming, cleaning up of her area of the home, etc. This individual utilizes a wheelchair, and the family has a wheelchair accessible van. If you go anywhere with the Individual, Mom or Dad will provide transportation in the accessible van. She enjoys going out to eat, going to movies, and going to other places out in the community. The family is looking for someone who will come in and spend time with her, interact with her, and help her do activities that she enjoys doing. This is NOT a sitting position.
