Job Description

This position is providing IN HOME and Community care to an 21 year old male under the Medicaid Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities waiver. This Individual needs help with all ADLs- Meal prep, feeding, bathing, grooming, cleaning up of his area of the home, etc. This individual is visually impaired and he does go out into the community. The family is looking for someone who will come in and spend time with him, interact with him, and help him do activities that he enjoys doing. This is NOT a sitting position
