In Home Nursing Respite (IHNR)

This position is providing IN HOME nursing respite care to a young adult female patient under the Medicaid Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities waiver. This sweet individual is a twin; however, you would only be providing care to this Individual. The other sisters have their own nurses. This individual needs medication administration, G-tube feeding, tidying up of his living area, help with ADLs- bathing, hygiene assistance, grooming, dressing, etc. This Individual utilizes a wheelchair. The family is looking for someone who will come in and spend time with her, talk to her, interact with her, and be a friend to her. This is NOT a sitting position.
