Job Description
This position is providing IN HOME nursing respite care to a 46 year old male patient under the Medicaid Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities waiver. This individual needs medication administration, G-tube feeding, tidying up of his living area, help with ADLs- bathing, hygiene assistance, grooming, dressing, etc. The family is looking for someone who will come in and spend time with him, talk to him, interact with him, and be a friend to him. This is NOT a sitting position.
Schedule
PRN Weekends (48 hours a month)
Job Requirements
Licensed Practical Nurse with a valid Mississippi license. Must have a current CPR card. Must have reliable transportation, must be able to pass background checks.
